The West Indian American Day Carnival Association (WIADCA) presents a performance by the Caribbean American Sports and Cultural Youth Movement (CASYM) Steel Orchestra. “Mas Man” (Dalton Narine, 2010, 56 minute film.) tells the story of Peter Minshall, a designer for the Trinidad Carnival who became an Emmy Award–winning artistic director for three Olympic Games.
